About
I'm a registered psychologist living and working on Dharawal Country. My practice is based in the heart of Wollongong CBD, and I also offer sessions online.
I support people aged 18 and older with a wide range of life challenges — from anxiety, depression and stress, to major transitions, parenting, relationship difficulties and substance use.
My approach is non-judgemental and down-to-earth. I firmly believe in putting you, the client, in the driver's seat. Together we identify what matters most to you, explore your options clearly, and build practical, achievable steps toward the life you want to lead.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and decide whether we're a good fit — no obligation.
Practice Areas
I work with a broad range of concerns. If you're unsure whether your situation fits, please reach out — I'm happy to have a conversation.
Therapeutic Approach
I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, adapting my approach to what suits you best — not a one-size-fits-all method.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy — build psychological flexibility and live in line with your values.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy — understand the links between thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy — develop skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance and emotional regulation.
Collaborative, goal-oriented approach to strengthening your own motivation for change.
Explore the stories you tell about yourself and reshape them in ways that serve you better.
Build on what's already working and develop concrete solutions rather than dwelling on problems.
Safe, evidence-informed approaches for processing difficult past experiences.
Warm, non-judgemental support that keeps your goals, values and wellbeing at the centre.
